The sizing/depriming die is full-length and sized to minimum tolerances to size cases down to function in both semi and fully automatic firearms. We strongly suggest that a headspace case gauge be used to correctly adjust the size die.
For high volume users, such as commercial reloaders, law enforcement agencies, and high power or service rifle competitors, we also offer .223 and .308 full-length carbide sizing die. Lubrication is still required, but the increased scratch resistance and die longevity of carbide are of great benefit to these groups of users.
The depriming assembly includes a carbide expander ball for "squeak-free", effortless, neck expansion. This expander ball is located in the middle of the depriming stem to take advantage of superior initial leverage for easier extraction.
In the event of a stuck case, the design of the depriming assembly allows it to function as a stuck case remover.

Can You Send Powders, Ammunition and Primers Straight To Me?
All Powder, Primers and Ammunition are classed as hazardous materials and therefore must be dispatched using an authorised Hazmat carrier. This comes at an extra cost to the average courier so we charge £20.00 for Hazmat deliveries (free for orders above £500) within the UK. This is regardless of the quantity of product ordered and regardless of the location within the UK.
As well as these rules, Primers and Ammunition are also licensable, meaning that you must hold a Section 1 Firearms Certificate or Section 2 Shotgun Certificate (dependant on the primers or ammunition you purchase). This means that because we cannot physically check your certificate, these items must be sent to an RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) for collection by the customer (yourself). This allows you to present a copy of your Firearms/Shotgun certificate to the RFD prior to the goods being handed over.
In order to allow us to keep delivery charges as low as possible, we only dispatch Hazmat materials on a Wednesday. This means that if an order is placed on a Thursday, it will be 6 days before dispatch takes place.
The costs and delivery times for all applicable countries can be seen below and these prices are regardless of quantity/consignment value ordered:
