- Goods dispatched outside of the UK are now not liable to pay VAT through our website. This means that there is now a reduction of 20% on the total price of all exports however the customer and end user will now be subject to pay local tax within their destination country, along with customs duty and fees.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Goods are dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 4pm, otherwise the next working day thereafter. This excludes Saturdays & Sundays, Bank Holidays where there is no postage service available and also Christmas periods where the carriers are using irregular hours (First Monday of December to First Monday of January). Once a package has been dispatched and a tracking number recieved, the goods and service updates are the sole responsibility of the purchaser as the contract between Reloading UK and the purchaser has been fulfilled. We will notify you of a delivery timescale if the estimated delivery date is in excess of 14 working days from the date of the order. Free Delivery on UK orders over £50.00 is available on all items. Any international orders that cannot be shipped together over seperate order numbers must be made aware to us before shipment commences ie: if two seperate orders cannot be shipped together, we must receive notification of this. We shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within estimated timescales. Express Delivery orders are given priority and will be dispatched as soon as possible using next day delivery which may require a signature (next day delivery is not guaranteed by Royal Mail over bank holidays or the Christmas period). Please note that any products shipped directly to the end user from our suppliers will have a delivery time of upto 28 working days.

- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm for orders in excess of £400. Tracking Number Provided (Signature May Be Required)
- Fedex Next Day for orders in excess of £400. Tracking Number Provided (Signature May Be Required)
- Circle Express (Hazardous Materials Carriage £20.00 for orders below £500. Free thereafter). Customer Must Be Available By Phone To Accept Delivery. All Hazmat orders are collected on a Wednesday and delivery can take upto 7 days from collection.
- International Delivery Services Used:
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (7-14 Day Delivery Dependant on Location) Tracking Number Provided (Signature May Be Required)
- Fedex International (2-7 Day Delivery Dependant on Location) Tracking Number Provided
- Hellmann Worldwide Pallet Export for all orders that include brass, bullets, primers, powder, ammunition. Sent using EXW terms (3-28 Day Delivery Dependant on Air or Sea Freight).
- We do not allow ordering or collection of items from our premises as we are a mail order only business.

HAZMAT Postage
All Powder, Primers and Ammunition are classed as hazardous materials and therefore must be dispatched using an authorised Hazmat carrier. This comes at an extra cost to the average courier so we charge £20.00 for Hazmat deliveries within the UK if the order is below £500. This is regardless of the quantity of product ordered and regardless of the location within the UK.
As well as these rules, Primers and Ammunition are also licensable, meaning that you must hold a Section 1 Firearms Certificate or Section 2 Shotgun Certificate (dependant on the primers or ammunition you purchase). This means that because we cannot physically check your certificate, these items must be sent to an RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) for collection by the customer (yourself). This allows you to present a copy of your Firearms/Shotgun certificate to the RFD prior to the goods being handed over.
In order to allow us to keep delivery charges as low as possible, we only dispatch Hazmat materials on a Wednesday. This means that if an order is placed on a Thursday, it will be 6 days before dispatch takes place.
The courier will contact you on the telephone number provided at checkout in order to arrange delivery within 10 working days of order dispatch.

UK £20.00 on orders below £500. Free postage on orders above £500 - Delivery Time 10 working days after dispatch.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the goods ordered. If we are unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered or if we discover a mistake in the price or product details then we will send you a response by e-mail explaining why we are unable to accept your order. We reserve the right not to accept any order where the price is incorrect.
- Discount coupon codes are valid for a 6 month period from date of issue and are limited to two uses per customer. We reserve the right to cancel a coupon code at any point.

- If we discover a mistake in the price or product details then we will send you a response by e-mail explaining why we are unable to accept your order. We reserve the right not to accept any order where the price is incorrect. If a product is ordered when a promotion is applicable, any refund given will be in accordance with that promotion regardless of the non-promoted price. Any vouchers or promotions that are issued have a validity period of no longer than 12 months from the date of issue.
- We are proud to offer a military and emergency services discount of 5% to any member with valid ID. All we require is for you to email a valid copy of your ID to us within 24 hours of an order being placed and we will then issue a 5% refund on your purchase. If you are a member of the Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service, a voucher code can be obtained directly from those websites.

- If you find an item cheaper elsewhere (on any UK competitor website) we will guarantee to match that price inclusive of the postage costs on that specific website (special offers not included).
